Personal data are collected in fulfilment of our public mandate when you provide this information during the application for a support programme, as part of an enquiry or to register for an event.

When contacting us in the context of application for a support programme, of an enquiry or registration for an event, you explicitly agree to be informed in the future – solely by us – about activities of the OÖ Energiesparverband. You can revoke this agreement any time by e-mail to office@esv.or.at.

Photographs or films can be taken during events organised by the OÖ Energiesparverband. By registering and attending events, you agree that the photographs and video footage on which you are pictured be published and used to represent the activities of the OÖ Energiesparverband and, therefore, to fulfil its public mandate.

When contacting the OÖ Energiesparverband in the context of application for a support programme, of an enquiry or registration for an event, you agree that personal data might be given to public bodies such as national or regional bodies, the regional audit court or European bodies, the regional audit court, European bodies or co-organisers of this event.
